To run, create .env file with these contents

To create database with proper tables, you can import db from wpc package and run db.create_all(). Then run foreman run python runapp.py db heads to see the last revision number and run foreman run python runapp.py db stamp <last revision number> to stamp your database, so you can use migrations in the future.
